I don't think it works that way, you either get a special or you don't, no quantity. So you never have a 2 or a +2. Binary, True/False. No modifications. For your build, Maz's Vault kills you. You are letting your opponent off the hook for Hondo's special by giving them an extra resource. Also, the only weapons you need are Verpine Sniper Rifles and Handcrafted Light Bows to go along with Cunning and the usual Speed, Illusion and Second Chance. Lone Operative is nice and Fast hands is ok but some more die removal would probably serve you better. |

Appreciate the response! 1) I scanned through the latest rule book and I can't find anything on that. Training Remote does state "to modify any symbol on a blue character die".... I suppose if it's a card effect then it couldn't be modified....is the Special symbol a card effect or die effect?? (Just looking for clarification!) 2) Totally see how Maz's Vault Truceneed to be the first things to go... it's like letting the opponent play with a handicap. 3) Really had no clue what weapons to put in here, but after light play testing I can see it's not really necessary; leaving more slots for mitigation/removal can really lock down the game ( I bet...) I just picked up the draft sets so I have 2x Verpine Sniper Rifle but haven't really played them yet (I can see the benefits tho); unfortunately I don't have any Handcrafted Light Bow so I'll need to find other ways to fill that slot (I can see that card being kinda bonkers in a special heavy deck like this). Suggestions? BD-1 Cutter Vibro-AX or Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber? 4) I had originally had R2-D2 in here to give Yoda more options to special chain to, but it felt unnecessary. Grabbing an extra card could be nice but I'd rather deal damage or disrupt... Suggestions Welcomed! Thanks! |

As per the RRG page 9: Uses the special ability marked by a symbol on that die’s card. Specials have a value of 0 that cannot be increased or decreased. Training remote will not work on the specials on Yoda. |
