Mull for Planned Explosion and Smuggling Freighter turn 1. Get Smuggling Freighter in play first turn. (Fast Hands and Infamous are bonuses but not required. With a lucky roll turn 1 you could fire off Planned Explosion, but with upgrades by Turn 2 it's likely to fire. No worries on Second Chance loop with Ammo Belt until at least Turn 3. Use Cheat early to keep Planned Explosion in hand but later focus on Second Chance loop in the late-game.
