There has to be a good way to abuse only setting your opponents health to 20, this is my first try. Running all 6 copys of the specific deathstar tech might be too much and needs more removal.

That has to end up on the restricted list right? 3 resources to remove all the shields? Or would be be something like, moving rocks only works on characters?
