I've been working on this character combo also. That Jabba shouldn't be underestimated.

Have you considered Imperialis (/ sides and cheap vehicle), Merchant Freighter (very efficient resource engine with a pilot) and Eject (free shields and healing for Vader, good with the Freighter)?

Your upgrade suite is similar to mine (we share 4 out of 7). I'm: +2 Niman Training +2 Force Storm +2 Force Jump -2 Ancient Magicks -2 Hunter Instinct -2 Sith Teachings.

I think you might be right dropping the Force Storm. It's a big investment without the extra roll from Palpatine. Hunter Instinct is a good call, especially as it can be put on Jabba

@rogue6548 Well I didnt want to go too vehicle heavy. basically wanted a few vehicles that Vader can pilot with good specials. Also didnt want the deck loaded up with too many blue character only upgrades. Idea is to keep upgrades spread out to make the decision hard of who to go after first. Sith teachings is a lot stronger than most realize.

That makes sense. Sith Teachings is good - I agree. Looks like it's a popular card too in Palpatine decks - 11 of 13 Palp/Watto decks at the LVO ran it. That removal on play and the are pretty good. I don't like the +2, but I guess that's only one dead side. Cheers.
