So, 2 characters with big offensive and defensive potential from inherent dice abilities was what drew me to designing this. My theory is if they go for Luke first you just build up on Kit and make him almost unkillable when he has 3 upgrades with over 50% melee sides, unless you roll terribly obviously (my type of luck) but his ability to use his own dice AND upgrade dice to block damage just make him insane later on when he is stacked with upgrades which is why the redeploy suite is a must. If they go for Kit first well obviously that's gonna suck for them if they can't blow him out quickly because you will be using his dice to mitigate as much as possible while dealing dmg and building up on Luke, or even Kit depending on how well he is surviving the assault. Getting a big Ataru Strike after playing Heightened Awareness is the sweet combo but not necessary as you will be shielding now and then with Lukes dice and other cards like Conflicted that if used on Luke will be 100% chance of 2 shields or a 50% chance for either on a Kit die to get value from Ataru Strike. Punch Dagger is in there as a sacrificial lamb for the bigger weapons later on and the 2 melee sides for early play on Kit, but I may drop it for another 2 drop that doesnt require an exhausted character because running 2 Crafted Lightsaberis just bad, and even just playing 1 feels bad but a lack of a non unique 2 drop weapon with 50% melee sides forced my hand. Have not played it yet but will be testing on TTS. Feedback or ideas appreciated!
