Starviper is a solid yellow vehicle. You can easily target his special with Padme Focus sides.

I may add Padme's starship, it has great value, but unfortunately it is yellow...

@General Vatutin, it is very effective in casual. I'm not sure it is a Tier 1 deck, but I feel that it could be brought to tier 1.5 with some tweaking. I have a lot of fun with it though.

I've brought some changes to the decklist.
