No. This deck is not 15-0. I have not played the deck, yet. I (Hopefully) will tonight. I know this deck looks silly but it is powerful. Just wait and fight it...
I’d take out most of the downgrades except at least target acquired. And maybe add resistance rings so you can pull first aid or aggressive negotiations maybe?
