This deck is a spinoff to the TaCos deck that got really popular in the last few months. We're removing yellow and the papercuts and replacing it with bigger weapons and control.
The Super Battle Droid is an interesting non-unique. It effectively self-corrects any bad roll of it's character dice via it's Power Action. Plus it has a resource side, which is something we really want to see in this deck. At 9 health for 9 points, this, along with the Mandalorian Super Commando, is the new standard for non-unique characters. Mother Talzin - Nightsister Matriarch brings in the other two dice in our triumvirate and the other half of our control with her special ability.
The one thing you'll notice off the bat is that at running three 0 cost cards in our deck (dangerous, I know), we're going to be starved for . I've included two Logistics, two Torments, and one Chance Cube in order to help counter that issue. Dark Counsel and Crystal Ball should also help along that front.
For , we've got a few small and big weapons. The Imperial HQ will help mitigate damage costs. Flank, The Best Defense..., and Witch Magick are both obvious additions to this deck in terms of removal and healing. The combination of all these should lead to a very powerful and resilient deck.

Hey there, I am currently testing Mother Talzin - Nightsister Matriarch, Super Battle Droid x2. My deck seems to be a little bit more defensive than yours and I was hoping for some tips on my build, and, to hopefully spark up some new ideas for yours. For Upgrades, I currently use: Crystal Ball x1 Dark Counsel x2 Chance Cube x2 DH-17 Blaster Pistol x2 Inferno Squad ID10 Seeker Droid x1 Energy Bow x 2 Rocket Launcher x2 For Dice Mitigating: Feel Your Anger x2 Flank x2 Under Attack x2 Overconfidence x2 The Best Defense... x2 And lastly, some defensive cards: Endless Ranks x2 Witch Magick x2 Stifle x2 Force Illusion x2 Battlefield: Rift Valley - Dathomir |
I'm not convinced that this is better than TaCos. I think super is great, but I don't think this is the pairing.
