Usually Rise Again isn't played because playing many small removal cards is a better use of money. This is only used when you draw Torment and are sitting on resources. The upgrades in the deck tend to be enough value for Rise Again so extra upgrades aren't needed. |
why only 1 Rise Again? Plus, if you are playing Rise Again, might want to toss in a a couple expensive upgrades to pull from the discard pile.
