Here's my deck I played in the Milton Keynes store championship. I went 3-1 but got unlucky with my strength of schedule so didn't make the top 4 cut.

The basic idea is to ramp with Scrap Heap and Rally Aid while doing a bit of mill on the side thanks to the Partisans and Anakin's Podracer. I've won a few games by mill with this deck, though normally you'll win by damage. Hailfire Droid Tank is great if you can get it on the table, as it means you get the mill and free (with Scrap Heap) whenever you play a vehicle. Late game, you should have 2 s on Long-Term Plan so you can get a strong damage burst, or alternatively a triple (or even triple if nothing else).

The dice removal suite with this deck is great. Only Pinned Down is a 1 for 1 event, with Suppressive Fire giving you effectively ambush removal, while Entangle, Easy Pickings and Into The Garbage Chute give you cheap 2 dice for 1 card removal.

Ideal starting hand (assuming the opponent is not discarding) is something like Scrap Heap, Rally Aid, Resistance Crait Speeder, Into The Garbage Chute and Maz's Goggles, though there are intentionally very few cards which are not always useful.

Game 1: Vs eCass/Hired Gun/Hired Gun: LOSS. This game was against a mate of mine, who is an excellent player. He played well and I didn't draw into my mitigation until round 3, by which time I'd lost Rose and a Partisan. I managed to limo through a couple more rounds, but it was all over pretty quickly.

Game 2: Vs eRose/Wedge/Hired Gun. WIN. We both ramped our vehicles but my ramp was faster due to the fantastic Scrap Heap/Jedha Partisan combo.

Game 3: Vs ePryce/eKylo. WIN. First turn Entangle took care of Pryce's dice, second turn Into The Garbage Chute took care of Kylo's. By then we were equal on damage but I had 3 vehicles on the table, including a Hailfire. The damage race was mine.

Game 4: Vs Kylo1/eGrevious. WIN. Another game against a mate and very good player. He got so unlucky with his rolls, and the one time he managed to roll two 3s with grievous he hadn't had Tactical Mastery and I luckily had Into The Garbage Chute.

I enjoyed playing the deck and the tournament but it really sucked only losing one match and still not making top 4.

I don't know what I'd change in this deck to make it better. The Y-Wing might go for something cheaper like a Podracer or Rigged Detonation.
