We had small store champs here. I wanted to go there with something fresh and new, focus on countering Snoke and mill, ended up rebuilding my deck entirely day before and finishing okeish score with 2-2, but positioning as 6th with 7 players.

Center idea was use Calling in Favors as resource generator with Sabinish action cheating. Original duo was eFinn-eEzra, but due their unreliability in doing damage - lots of modifiers, no guns to go around it- rebuilt deck with Zeb and Clone trooper. Last one is far from perfect but closest to fit this position.

So those were the games:

G1 - lost to eTalzin/Mando/Mando

It was somewhat equal, nothing super for neither side. He focused down my clone trooper, I was happy about that. Got one Mando down. Zeb began to fall, Second Chance. Other Mando fell, few hyperjumps, here and there. Then we were almost going for another round, with Zeb on 10hp. But he rerolled his only die on 2 ranged damage, so over it was. Could have been close.

G2 - bye

G3 - won eHondo/Nute/Bazine

I was lucky with my resources - Both mobilize's came up early. Cruicial for this matchup. He focused Clone Trooper. On round 2 I removed Hondo's double specials with Easy Pickings and on round 3 I got him down. Futher was easy.

G4 - won eTalzin/Mando/Mando (swiss winner)

Somewhat weird game, where I had lots of resources but nothing to spend on. Overkill on Zeb was only upgrade till round 5. 2 of those rounds ended with Hyperspace jump, so that wasn't catastrophe. At the start I focused Talzin, but after she got healed and i rolled out 9 damage, I decided to get one Mando down. Then Talzin fell. One Second chance kept my Zeb alive long enough to get last Mando down. Turn before, he had chance to kill him, but 1/6 reroll didn't lucked out.

g5 - lost eSnoke/eBalatik/Battle Droid (CS winner)

I was preparing a lot for Snoke, but this one teared me pieces. Turn one I easy picked my own resource die, so he won't poweraction his into 3. Turn 2 he sacrificed Battle Droid for activating Bal-Tik, then killed Clone, then activated Bala tik again and I was half-shred. Only some blasting roll would have saved me, but those were mediocre. By turn 3 i hadn't seen any hyperjump or second chance and claimed with 2 health left. Only to get Baited and Swithed.

So that was all for me. I did as well I expected, no illusions there. But with luck, this deck can beat anyone. Sadly, today was just a normal day. :)
