I don't see how you can run Palpatine - Galactic Emperor without Endurance. His die are too valuable.

2 Blocks are pretty clutch to back up the Deflects. While certain match ups one or the other is a waster you only have 15 health, one block can we worth 8-10 health.

Where's Force Lightning? Also consider No Surrender - probably replace Aim and Swiftness or Use The Force with two of those.
