Trying to make a Thrawn deck other than a mill one. The Plan here is pretty straight forward, use Thrawn for his focus and money to fuel the unstoppable 99s. Fort Anaxes and Praetorian Guard serve as a way for Thrawn to soak some damage and the rest is pretty standard.
