A deck I like to call "Slum Lords" that utilizes Crime Lord, and the now omnipotent Buy Out, to mill your opponent and basically disrupt their entire game plan.
I did design this with mill in mind. It was something I put together at the beginning of SoR after I had heard of the turn 1 Crime Lord. Sugi from the Knights of Ren podcast likes to use these characters.
