This will be my second deck I intend to build this deck once I pick up the new two player starter kit. I want to take advantage of shields as mush as possible, birth as defense and offense. I also want this to be a budget deck that is still competitive enough for tournament play.
If you have any reys staff they would help. You will still do a fair amount of meleeing in this deck
