Have you considered using F-11D Rifle over Infantry Grenades; similar cost to use, but the rifle has four damage sides. I got some advice from @The Beast earlier mentioning how solid the rifle is.
I was running a similar build, but was using Thermal Detonator. I didn't roll very well with it, but could cheat into it with a Bait and Switch. ;)
Using One-Quarter Portion might be an interesting synergy with "Fair" Trade, yet allowing them to use that added resource before stealing from them might stink (just a little).
