Get the free shields at the beginning of the game. Use Guardian and Nightsister to control your opponent's damage dice.
Mulligan for Hunker Down, Underworld Connections, and Sith Holocron. The Tusken Raider is your cannon fodder. Use him to get some quick counter attacks if the timing is good by using Guardian + his ability to attack before your opponent can react. Otherwise you usually take your time in every round and build up a lot of extra actions with all of your supports + Hunker Down + Nightsister. Wait as long as you can to activate your characters and spend all your early turn efforts controlling your opponent's ability to attack you every round.
Bring whichever battlefield you determine to be the worst one in the game so you trick your opponent into choosing theirs if they win the high-roll at the beginning so you get the 2 free shields. You probably never take the battlefield all game.

I would definitely not do that. Hunker Down, Backup Muscle, and Underworld Connections are a large part of your game plan. I think Underworld Connections is probably one of the best cards in the game right now and is being completely overlooked by most people I've seen talk seriously about the game. |
