A deck designed to take advantage of Hondo, special chaining and villain resource starving. There hasn't yet been a villain Hondo deck but I think Pryce makes one feasible. I'm not yet sold on Local Garrison but it's worth a try.
This is the first draft so let me know what you think! I also realised that besides Pryce i don't actually have any WOTF cards in the deck... hit me up with your recommendations.
