Personally, I would recommend cutting Attack Run, Defend, Direct Hit, Dive, Evade, Law and Order and Parry in favor of some lower cost Control cards. A lot of your removal, is also very specific about what kind of dice it can remove. I recommend removal that is more versatile in what it can target.
Personally, I don't like Remote Stockpile. It costs you a resource when you play it, plus an action every turn. Best case scenario, you may break even or gain 1 or 2 resources over the course of a game. I would replace it with Medical Droid.

I would replace those cards with some mixture of Crash Landing, Bubble Shield, Honor Guard, Sound The Alarm, Recon, and Suppression Field.
For upgrades, I would recommend cutting Auto Cannon and Rebellion Leader in favor of E-11 Blaster and Hunting Rifle.
