Standard Rieekan mill, pump shields and survive, have included force push for defence and discard. Cargo hold to try and get multiple second chances on to ezra in mid-late game.

Seems like you need more sources of shields. Air Superiority is my preference, but Diplomatic Immunity is cool if you don't mind the cost. I'd be worried spending shields on All Quiet without more ways to replace them. |
I would also remove the second spy net for another tough haggler, I only have one at the moment.
